Introduction

NPO Hachidori Project (hereof Hachidori) will keep your personal information private in the project.

Hachidori protects personal information as an NPO office to all members, and we will strive to offer a sense of security and reliability.

Hachidori promises to obey the laws and regulations related to personal information, and the handling of personal information.   

 

 

 

1. For the Obtaining of Personal Information

"Hachidori" will get personal information properly, and never use deception or other wrongful means.

 

2. For the Use of Personal Information

Hachidori will use the personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes. If we use the personal information for any reason other than the following the purposes, we will obtain the advance consent of the person.

- For shipping and contact regarding newsletters, announcements, or collecting information for other purposes of our business (???)

- To contact to answer questions and for new memberships.

 

3. For the Management of Personal Information

Hachidori will take the necessary and appropriate measures for preventing the leakage of personal information,  and any other loss or damage from the leakage of personal information.

 

4. For the Consignment of Personal Information

If we want to outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, we will conduct rigorous research on the third party. If the safe management of personal information that has been achieved, we will perform the necessary and appropriate supervision over the third party.

 

5. For the Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

Hachidori does not provide personal information third parties without the prior consent of the person according to laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law.

 

6. For the Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

If the person in question requests the disclosure of their own personal information, it will promptly be disclosed. If their identity cannot be confirmed, it cannot be disclosed.

 

If the personal information has errors, or if there is a claim for correction, addition or deletion from the person in question, on investigation, we will respond promptly to these claims. If their identity cannot be confirmed, we will not respond to these claims.
